VISIT BY 10 STUDENTS OF PUBLIC SAFETY OFFICERS SENIOR EXECUTIVE COURSE (PSOSEC) FROM THE NATIONAL POLICE ZAMBOANGA

On February 5, 2024, ASEANAPOL Executive Director David Martinez Vinluan; Police Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Huu Ngoc, Director of Plans and Programmes; ACP Lat Masura; DSP Chan Yew Hiok, Police Services Officer I; DSP Suresh Subramaniam, Plans and Programmes Officer I; and ASP Nithia Perumal, Police Services Officer II together with Police Colonel Excelso Lazaga Jr, Police Attache - Philippine Embassy in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia and Police Executive Master Sergeant Juliet Francisco, Administrative Assistant to the Police Attache welcomed the Overseas Educational visit of 10 students of the Public Safety Officers Senior Executive Course (PSOSEC) from the National Police College Zamboanga, under the umbrella of the Department of the Interior and Local Government-Philippine Public Safety College (DILG-PPSC). The PSOSEC students comes from the Philippine National Police (PNP), the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), and the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) led by their learning manager Police Lieutenant Colonel Benigno Balisi Jr.
The overseas educational visit the one of the programs which is designed to develop the participants' competence level and character to prepare them to assume command as Commissioned Officers. As a mandatory course, it creates a strong foundational mechanism for honing the participants' knowledge and skills necessary in the realm of public safety and security.
