On 30th May 2014, Pol. Capt. Sansook Boonseub, Ph.D, Scientist (Level 2), Biology and DNA, Royal Thai Police made a Working Visit to teh ASEANAPOL Secretariat.
She was received and given a briefing by the Director for Police Services ACP Mohamad Anil Shah and assisted by officers from the Secretariat. She expressed the need to work together towards realising the aspiration of forming a strong network for ASEAN Police Forces especially in the area of Forensics as discussed in the First Working Group on Increasing the Capacity of ASEAN Police Forces in Bangkok recently.
ACP Mohamad Anil Shah assured her that the Secretariat would facilitate all such endeavours and is currently working closely with The Philippines National Police to conduct the second Working group later this year.
The visit ended with an exchange of momentos and a pledge to work together to archieve common objectives.
